This course is a continuation of the CX-E Administration Course. Successful Completion of this course earns CX-E Administrator certification.
Using combination of tutorials videos and documentation, which is included in the course, the student will learn the following tasks:

- Fundamental system configuration
- Basic System Support
This course is a combination of courses that are required for Certified Specialist Certification.

- CX-E Presence and Digital Networking

Using a combination of lecture, demonstration and presentation students learn the technical fundamentals of XMConnect/CX-E, including:
- Hardware and System Design
- Preparing the Server platforms
- Installing, Upgrading, and configuring the software
- Integration
- Server Configuration
- Administering the System
- Upgrading your system
- Understanding Speech and Prompts
- Performing maintenance tasks
- Logging and Diagnostics
This course is intended for those customers with Enterprise XpressCare plans to earn certification in order to be eligible for technical support.
It consists of three modules:
- CX-E Administration
- CX-E Advanced Administration
- CX-E Maintenance and Operations
By the end of this course a technician will have a deep understanding of CX-E Administration and System Maintenance.
A passing score on the exams earns the technician "Enterprise Specialist" certification, which is the minimum requirement for Enterprise XpressCare customers to contact Technical Support.
