At the end of the course, the viewer will be comfortable administering an XM Fax/XM SendSecure cloud account
This course is designed for partner technicians that install and maintain XM Fax premise based systems.
Using a combination of lecture, demonstration and presentation technicians learn the technical fundamentals of XM Fax, including:
- XM Fax overview and fundamentals
- Installing XM Fax
- XM Fax configuration
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting.
After completion of this course, a technician should be prepared to install an XM Fax system, integrate it within it's environment, and perform maintenance and repair tasks.
This is a continuation of the XM Fax 9.0 Administration course. XM Fax Administration is a prerequisite for this course.
Using combination of tutorials videos, documentation, which is supplied to the student as a printable PDF file, the student completes the following tasks:

- System architecture
- System and Site Configuration
- System Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Upgrading the System
This course should make technical staff comfortable performing more complicated XM Fax 9.0 Administration tasks.
