RightFax Administrator Fundamentals Training enables you to manage and support your RightFax environment efficiently and effectively. These self-paced web-based training modules will provide the necessary technical training and product knowledge for your RightFax administrators, IT help desk personnel, or anyone interested in learning how to utilize the solution and optimize your investment with the RightFax technology.
The course consists of 12 modules plus a course completion exam consisting of 70 questions.
Each module is mandatory in order to receive your certificate of completion.
RightFax FaxUtil Web is the program with which you manage your
faxes. This course will cover basic functionality and navigation. The course consists of 7 modules and takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.
