This course allows those with CX-E Administrator Certification to upgrade their certification to Certified Specialist, which is required for access to technical support. You must have passed CX-E Administration and Advanced Administration to enroll in this course.
Using a combination of lecture, demonstration and presentation students learn the technical fundamentals of XMConnect/CX-E, including:

- Understanding Speech and Prompts
