This course covers how to implement all the different methods of Unified Messaging in a CX-E system. A CX-E can integrate with Office 365/Exchange, Lotus Notes, Gmail, and any IMAP mail system. It can also serve as a mail client interface, a web interface, or can simply attach a message to an email or text notification.
